This companion blog to the Canadian Journal of Buddhist Studies provides flexibility to explore developing scholarship that the Online Journal System housing the CJBS cannot accommodate.
Consider this an open invitation to faculty and graduate students to join the blog as regular contributors. This is a place to share developing scholarship leading to publication or MA theses or dissertations. Reports on fieldwork or textual study and translation are also encouraged.
If you have posts or suggestions as to ways the blog might serve the community of Buddhist scholars please feel free to send them to cjbs(at)sf.ca. It is hoped that we will soon find an enthusiastic blogger to manage Canadian Buddhist Studies News.
This is a work in progress and we look forward to receiving your contributions and ideas.
